All ReviewsFlo plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable. Plan features vary by tier and are detailed at reviewsflo.com. Subscription fees may include usage-based charges such as SMS, email, and API credits.
All usage-based services (e.g., SMS, email, WhatsApp) are billed separately and deducted from a client-maintained Wallet.
Automatic Wallet recharges will occur when the balance falls below a preset threshold.
By purchasing any ReviewsFlo plan, you authorize Pulse Marketing Solutions, LLC to charge the payment method on file for:
Monthly or annual subscription fees
Usage overages and Wallet auto-recharges
One-time setup or registration fees as applicable (e.g., A2P, AI onboarding)
No refunds will be issued for:
Subscription services
Wallet funds
One-time setup or compliance fees
To cancel a subscription, the client must submit written notice at least 60 days in advance. Services will remain active and billed until cancellation is processed.
All users must:
Use only opted-in contacts for SMS/email marketing
Adhere to ethical standards for AI agents and refrain from deceptive practices
Comply with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and HIPAA if applicable
Pulse Marketing Solutions, LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund in the event of:
Spam or unsolicited messaging
Deceptive or unethical AI use
Non-compliance with applicable regulations
Client data will be retained for 60 days post-cancellation.
Intellectual property created by Pulse remains its property unless a buyout is executed.
Client assumes full liability for compliance violations and indemnifies Pulse from related damages.
Websites and tools are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
Chargebacks will result in immediate service suspension.
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of Weld County, Colorado.
Clients are liable for any legal or administrative fees related to charge disputes.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not make disparaging statements during or after the contract term.
